Trouble starting.

My boyfriend owns a 99 Plymouth Breeze. Recently it hasn't had much trouble, usual tire and break issues but that's it. He tried starting it roughly 20 mins ago and no go. He said it clicks and that's it. The lights come on and such inside, but i'm not quite sure when he got a battery last. Help! :) Please and thank you.

That's the first thing to look at. Have that battery charged and tested.
