TP sensor Sign In

i have a 97 ford ranger, 2.3L. the check engine light is on and i hooked up a tool and it said that the tp sensor is bad. How do i remove it? It seems to have philip head screws holding it in and is imposible to get at. any advice on how i could get it off?

Re: TP sensor Sign In

nevermind, i got it out, took forever! fist i had to take the hood off to get back to it. had to use a dremel to cut it off around the screws then use vice grips and slowly turn them off, now im going to buy new bolts to put the new sensor on, what a bitch!
