Stuck Compression Tester Sign In

I was running a compression test today, when I ran into a little problem. The compression tester I used had a screw on extender attachment to fit my vehicle (93 ford probe) and when I tried to unscrew the tester from the spark plug after I was done, the attachment remained in the hole.

It seems like a dumb design, and I feel certain that someone has run into this problem before. The attachment has a hex edge but there isn't enough wall clearance to fit a socket. The only thing I have considered doing is using a strong adhesive to glue my compression tester to the attachment, and then unscrew, but I am afraid if the hose breaks off, I have gotten myself into even more trouble.

Like I said, I feel like someone has to have run into this problem again, does anyone have advice for me?

Thanks

Don't know what you are looking at now but can you get an easy-out in there?
