Sticking brakes

I have a 1998 F-150 and the passenger side front caliper releases very slowly, what would cause that?

To test: Get it to where you think it is sticking and hoist the wheel off the ground and have access to caliper and bleeder - wheel off is probably needed. Spin the rotor (could be very hot - careful) and is should be able to coast with a spin by hand. Maybe not much but somewhat free. Don't confuse this by touching the caliper which may release it and screw up this test. Now have a wrench ready to open the bleeder just enough to let out a spit of brake fluid. If the rotor now spins nice and free the flex hose may have a problem not allowing pressure to return and if so replace both sides. If nothing happens the caliper or surfaces that must slide are the likely problem. Again I suggest things in pairs which may mean a whole brake job.
Do youself a favor and spray the brake lines at the hose connection with some PB now as those are just designed to cause trouble to remove and can lead to replacing the line or a section to do that,
