Starting problem when engine is warm

My 93 Chevy Pick up (1500K 4.3ltr) is hard to start when hot. It cranks fine and will start when engine is cold but when it warms up it will start only if I spray some carb.cleaner in the throttle body. It runs fine when started.
I inspected fuel lines,replaced the pressure regulator, fuel filter and there is no change. I checked the fuel pressure and it is 11psi (normal range is 9-13psi as per Chilton's manual).Can I assume it may still be a malfunctioning fuel pump although the truck runs fine after starting? Any other tests I could perform on the fuel pump before attempting to replace? Any suggestions?
