I had to get my car jumped this morning, now when I try to start it it just makes a bunch of clicking sounds like its got electricity just nothing is making it to the engine, is this the starter? Any help?

You have a low voltage situation for some reason. The first thing you need to do is have the battery charged and tested, clean the battery terminals in the process.
