I have a 97 Olds Bravada. Whenever I get in/out or when I'm just driving down the street the frame (or I think it's the frame) squeaks constantly. I tell people my truck has arthritis.  I've had the chassis lubed several times and I was told it's not the suspension. Any idea what causes this and/or how it can be fixed?

Hard to say for sure but I've had a few of those problems in various vehicles and the solution had nothing to do with grease fittings. It was the rubber mounts to support struts, sway bar, body mounts and all those rubber things around seen from under the vehicles.
Silicone spray would work for a while and I would spray all of them when under there. Just the spray doesn't seem to last so long and I have not come across silicone spray grease but have used lithium spray grease and it lasts. The warning with that is that these rubber items can be damaged by oils and regular grease where silicone doesn't hurt rubber products. The lithium seems to be ok but AYOR if you use that. I would definately NOT use regular oils for this.
Hey - that's a maybe that, that is even what you are hearing. Worth a try. If not that a shock absorber could be making a noise,
