I have a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L and I'm having problems with the "Shimmy / Vibration". I had the tires rotated and balanced on several occassions and the problem appears to have gotten slighty worse. What would you suggest I do.

If you’re confident that this “shimmy” isn’t being caused by the wheels or tires; then you’ll have to have things like the suspension, steering, wheel bearings, engine & transmission mounts and drivetrain (axles & velocity joints) inspected. Any of the above mentioned items can cause a vibration; the hard part is finding which one(s). You may end up trying suspicious items with no firm evidence that it is the cause? These kind of issues can be very difficult to diagnose; due to the fact it cannot be reproduced in the service bay. Dan.

Have you noticed if this happens only when you use the brakes or not?

I was having this problem on my car as well and it turned out to be a broken front sway bar. Possibility?
