S-10 fuel \ emissons problem

I have a 97 S-10 that is putting fuel out of the canister vent, i have replaced the canister, the valve and the fuel cap, it still does it. The fuel pump was replaced about a week ago as well. There is pressure in the tank but it dont seem excessive. It will quit putting it out when you loosen the cap. Any help would be greatly appreciated
