Replace belt on 2004 corolla

Replace belt on 2004 corolla Sign In
I am trying to replace the belt on my wife's 2004 corolla. There is a bolt that appears to move the belt on the inside of the alternater, but it just moves it.. doesn't seem to loosen or tighten it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Nathan
