my 95 blazer will only start when I prime it with starter fluild. when i turn then engine off it will not restart. I have to prime it again with starter fliuld. whats going on?

sounds like fuel pump is going out? friends car was doing same thing and it was the fuel pump.

Sounds more like the fuel pressure regulator. The regulator holds the fuel pressure up enough to start the engine. If it runs fine after it starts then regulator is a more likely problem.

fuel line under upper intake could be cracked.only cost 10 bucks 4 a gasket 2 find out

Could be. If you are going to pull upper intake it is a good idea to change fuel pressure regulator. Likely the problem anyway.
