Mine is a 94 astro awd. I was driving down the road and the van died. No lights, motor quit, no horn, no fuel pump noise. THEN 10 seconds later the lights came back on and it was good to go after restarting. Next day, same thing! Day 3 same thing 70 miles away! Day 4 it happened again only it never came back. It will turn over fine but that's it. Is there a relay or circuit breaker to check? Please help!

Start by checking battery cables. Remove the cables at the battery even though they may 'look' okay. They can be corroded on the inside. Remove the bolt that goes through the end of the cable where it connects to the battery. Make sure everything is nice and clean. This could be an ignition switch problem, but we'll need to do a bit more diagnosing, first. When it 'turns over' and won't start, check for spark and injector pulse. Loren SW Washington
