You seemed so helpful there I was hoping you could answer this question for me. Im hoping you can answer. I own a chrysler concorde 2000. 3.2l my transmission and possibly engine need to be replaced. will the engine from an, 01 intrepid 2.7l fit in the concorde. also any other vehicles that have matching parts. hopefully you can help, if not dont worry about it.

Hi ........... 3.2 L engines will not interchange with a 2.7L engine unless you change everything (computers ,wiring, ect...)even then you could encounter major difficulties as there is communication between several different modules within your vehicle (body control mod, abs mod , traction control mod , powertrain cont mod , transmission control mod, and a few others )your best bet is to find another 3.2L .. hope this info helped ..god luck ..
