Could someone tell me the operating pressure in the cooling system for a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim 4 cyliner 2.5L?
There's nothing written on the cap and no owners manual is available.

Guess: OE was perhaps 16#. I wouldn't exceed 15lb now and any parts store should have an exact fit cap for it and know the OE pressure. Almost all are about 15 new and some replacements might state a range of 14-16 as I doubt they pin it down to exact pound but never to exceed OE #'s Quality counts here - get the right one,
