I bought the used car in July 2008. Last week with about 3800 miles on, the oil life began to blink and after a trip of 300 miles it went to -245 miles. At the same time, the odometer changed from around 3800 to 8300 miles! Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way that the car has a computer chip that the dealer can read to see the odometer reading change?
