SOME CARBON BUT VERY LITTLE TO HAVE 190,000 MILES ON THE CAR. GM's are usually pretty good about setting misfires but they can also run like cr*p with out setting codes... I would almost have to see it and see the way it runs to have an idea of where I would start on this... About the only other suggestion I could offer would be to disconnect the MAF sensor and see how it runs. I've had a lot of these fail without coding and make the engine run like sh&t. IDLES FINE, RUNS AT SAME SPEED FINE, ACCELLERATION BAD AT ANY SPEED.
