Proton idle problem

Hi my mum has a 97 proton satria fuel injected with a 4g15 engine I believe this engine is in the lancer and mirage also it would lose power intermittently so I've takin it to many mechanics who just can't fix it . Have changed a few sensors and spark plugs, fuel filter, throttle body and now won't run at all . It will only barely run with the map sensor off but when back on it just won't fire. Injectors are fine , fuel pump is fine Nobody can figure it out Any ideas Thanks Jimmy

We don't have that vehicle here in the US but is it setting any trouble codes? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You are going to have to get some diagnostics done to get to the bottom of that MAP code. That's pretty important.
