Probe Gt mod - HELP PLZ

I have a 93 Probe Gt 2.5 V6
This Car was an auto with the standard Probe Gt engine...which i believe was the KL03 or KLDE. I bought a manual scrap car with a Mazda KLZE engine, swapped everything into the clean car.
My car now is a KLZE 5 speed manual. It has Brand new headers, catalytic converter, aftermarket muffler, and a K&N Intake. Everything is back together correctly. The car starts, idles great, sounds great, and runs perfect until i start to slow down. Ive only made it to the end of my driveway before it starts to ball out and want to die. I hit second gear for alittle, drop it back down to first as im slowing and as im slowing the car starts choking...
All i can think of is, with all the new performance parts opening up the airways. Its sucking in more air and its not getting enough fuel. And the worthless computer has like, got a mind of its own say "give me more dam fuel" and its not getting...so its choking/ starting to stall out.
-Do i need a Performance chip?
-Computer Recalibrated?
-Is it something with the air sensor?
-Is it even air/fuel pressure related?
Please Help.

there is no "check engine" light on until it starts chugging...and if the car sits for a minute or two. the car will stop chugging and run fine again...until i start giving gas.
Anyone have a clue possibly? Thanks
