Power windows won't work: Isuzu Rodeo 98

The power windows on my Isuzu Rodeo 98 quit working. All four of them and there seems to be no motor sounds nor any switching clicks.
I am thinking fuse or broken circuits. Any other ideas?
Where should I start?

Start by testing for 12V at the fuse and move on to probably a relay. The windows can't by odds all fail at once so this is a power supply problem, T
