Hi i have a 95 sable and it starts then stalls right away and it smells like its flooding itself when im not giveing it any gas..

If you can smell gas in the driver's seat you are seriously in danger.

Your car probably has a fuel leak. I would not try to start it again - it might blow up - QUITE LITERALLY!

I would pop the hood, turn the key on (but NOT to start!) for a second or two, turn the key off then look for fuel in the engine compartment.
