Please assist - car won't start

We have a 1990 Mazda MPV w/ 154k miles.
It will not start. There were no symptoms leading to this condition.
I have attached a recording of what it sounds like when trying to start. Hopefully this helps.

First you need to see if there is spark going to the spark plugs. Then you need to see if fuel is getting to the engine. Get these answers for us and we can help more. Autozone will rent tools for a small deposit and you get the deposit back when the tools are returned. You need to give us the fuel pressure also. We will be here.
