P0335 - difficulty in starting car at times

The check engine sign of my Hyundai Sonata 99 just turned on. My scan tool gives P0335 code.
A couple times my car stopped and didn't start for half an hour despite like 100 attempts. The engine cranked if I tried to start but wouldn't run. Somehow it started. My battery is good, got the starter replaced. Right now I am able to start but never know when the car would stop and won't start.
Please help!
