My car keeps overheating and we can't figure out why. What could be causing it?

My 2002 Pontiac Sunfire keeps overheating. We flushed the radiator, changed the thermostat, replaced the relay for the cooling fan, and changed the head gasket. It overheats when you accelerate. It has about 93,400 miles on it.
