Overheating & Fans not rotating. Help!!! Login - Sign Up

1998 Honda Civic DX - It overheated and while in park with engine running both fans near radiator are not spinning/moving. Coolant level in radiator is good and reservoir level is at max. I checked the fuses and they are also good. What could be causing my fan blades to not rotate?

As in fans, I assume you mean two? The odds of both fan motors taking a dump at the same time.....The Honda uses a 'fan switch'. Assuming the fan motors and the fuses are good, full of coolant, this may be the problem.
