I have a '91 Honda Civic DX.
In the fusebox under the steering wheel, there is a toggle switch set to off.
What is this used for and should I turn it on?

Is that a factory thing? Perhaps something was added along the way??

Sounds like an add on. Hondas are one of the most stolen cars and it was probably added on to kill a circuit. Found one on a nissan i purchased and when I located the former owner, he had the same thing done
