Oil in my air filter!

I have a 2001 Subaru Outback, 2.3L, 91000 miles. Just had the oil changed at Jiffy Lube (that's probably my first problem  ) and the mechanic showed me my air filter and it had a spot of oil on it. I've changed air filters before and have never seen this. What does it mean?

It means there is a PCV system that is not working properly. Check on that first.
Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
