I have a 2001 Dodge intrepid. I got in it this morning and the check engine light came on...I brought it home right away and checked all the fluids. After speaking to my brother and husband they told me to bring it to advanced auto and have them put it on the machine. The machine only read a bad gas cap...but I noticed that my speedometer needle was going crazy and jumping all over about 20 notches...also it was shifting gears correctly...the auto zone guys said he would almost guess it was the speed sensors, so we bought those and changed them at that wasn't the problem...any clues...Yesterday my car was running great....today...HELP!!!
