Pull the hose off and see if it shoots out with some good pressure. It appears you are in Washington DC so make sure this system isn't simply frozen. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

I will try that. I haven’t looked at the things on the hood and see if they are clogged but I will. I live in Shenandoah valley area and it got to like 65 today!!

Anything else I can look at for for to make it work. The sprayers look ok on hood and the tube looks good. I will try whatever

Why bother, you aren't following the advice you were already given. This isn't rocket science. It's a pretty basic system.
