My first question is can one code cause the other? My other question is what can I do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. But...A small leak can be most anywhere in the EVAP system, from the fuel tank to the engine. Usually, a loose gas cap will set a "Large Leak" code. The purge valves are a common failure and I've seen them leak. You can check the valve with an ohmeter and are easy to replace if that's the culprit. If not, a smoke test may be required to find the origin of the leak.
