We have a 1993 Honda accord. When our car gets warm it seems to begin to idle really fast and wants to go on its own. We have to hold the brake to the floor to stop it. while its acting this way it will go at like 30 without pushing the accelerator. so please help me!! why does our car turn into a monster car like this? Thank you in advance.

First thing that comes to mind is a substantial vacuum leak. This must be found and corrected at once no matter what it is as it's unsafe of course. You might plain hear the leak when cold at idle to find it but don't let this engine run wild high idle speed or damage can result, T
