Works fine for 15 to 20 minutes or engine heats up and then you try to slow down at traffic light, give you jerk and stop..try to start car ..start fine but when you try to put in gear it give you jerk and stop..if you wait 10 to 30 minutes it starts again and works for another 15 to 20 minutes... and works fine.. History: Replace transmission (used)...1000km ago. New Battery... It locks into high gear, then stalls out the engine when you stop. I am going to try out their suggestion of unplugging the control wires on mine to see if it fixes my (same)problem. Last week my friend bypass Torque Convertor..as you worte..I am not sure what he remove..but since I drove 2 hrs high speed between 80 - 100km/hrs and van did not stop. I was told that now my van will use more gas may be 1liter/gallon. Anyone having a same probelm is mine should try..
