I was wondering if there is actually a lug conversion kit to convert a 5x114.3 into a 4x100 or even 4x114.3, only important that it be a 4 lug after the conversion.

If there was it would require changing the hub and possibly the axile if doing the rear as well. You have to match up the splines, all the inside and outside diameters, bearing casings of both inside and outside thrust bearing packs for each wheel.
A machinist could do it given all the specs, but to find a kit ? I doubt it very much for one good reason.....law suit.
Your dealing with where the rubber meets the road...high end torque changes and dynamics that are an engineering nightmere for some company to put their rep down on. Think about it.
