I was replacing the tumblers in the lock cylinder for my ignition and got two of them mixed up so now i cant get it to turn to come back out to fix the two tumblers. Is there any possible way to get it out without having to get a key cut to fit the tumblers?

Most times with the style of locks that need to turn to come out, will need to be drilled if they won’t turn.
You may get lucky and find a locksmith that has a lot of patience, a bag full of passkeys and gets one to work.
