Lincoln towncar cuts in and out

Lincoln towncar cuts in and out Sign In
i have a 1992 Lincoln town car and today i step on the brake and it cut out.then started right back up. when i got home we put it in park and it cut in and out lights and other lights inside car went on and off but never really cut off ..could someone tell what we need to check to fix problem?
