Leaky passenger door on Chevy Corsica help

I am not entirely sure what the problem is but I'm pretty sure that it's not the window. From what I've seen the paneling is intact and it's still leaking from the door. I'm not sure where to start to try to fix the problem. The door isn't askew as far as I'm aware but I'm worried this leak will cause it to rust from the inside or start to mold the interior.
Any thoughts on what to do?

You may need to adjust the door latch to get it to shut firmer. Also, look for wear on the striker bolt. If worn in replace with a new one.
