Ignition problem Sign In

1997 Nissan Maxima
200k miles

I'll turn the ignition and nothing will happen. Lights and bells will come on, but won't turn over...there is no sound..no clicking..nothing...I'll do this 2 or 3 times, then it will start right up with no problem. Had a starter replaced a year and a half ago. I have no other electrical, starting, accessory problems, although when I take it to an oil change place, they check the voltage of the batter and it is low. Please let me know if you need more info. Thank you.

Re: Ignition problem Sign In

Guesses: Intermittently bad battery which would be rare. Bad cables or connections. Charging system may not be up to par so all this stuff needs to be checked,
