How to replace mirrors

I'm trying to fix up my Toyota Previa to sell it. The rear view mirrors need to either be fixed or replaced and I can't figure out how they come off or apart. Is there anybody who can help me?

If you just need the glass there are aftermarket ones for many vehicles and or an automotive glass place should be able to cut ones if unavailable ready to go,
