How to replace locks 98 nissan

I have a 98 Nissan 200SX 1.6L.
I want to replace the two front door locks, ignition, and trunk locks. I can see how to do the trunk lock, but cannot see the door locks with the door panel removed due to a big piece of metal that is welded to the door that sits over the back side of the lock. How do I get to the lock to remove it? Also any tips for removing the ignition would be helpful too. I do have the key for both the old and new ignition.
