This is an auto repair forum, not a legal forum. If you had read the forum rules, you would've seen that links are not allowed.

While I did watch your video and do believe you were indeed ripped off, the place to deal with that is in courtrooms, your local chapter of BBB, and other such entities designed for that. Also, while I understand your frustration in this matter, you stated that you were ordered directly by the courts to take down the very youtube video you displayed a link to in your post. While that may make you feel like you are "rising up" and "sticking it to the man" it may very well compromise the very case you are trying to win. Judges do not take kindly to having their orders defied.

Contact local newspapers and tv stations. Talk to your attorney before you do so. Once the case is settled, feel free to do as you please to bring all of this to public light, as they cannot hinder you legally from doing so if the courts award in your favor. But do not allow your pursuit of vengeance to undermine what is in my opinion a very solid case you have against this place.

If you wish to post to this site in the future, please read the forum rules and keep your posts related to getting help with repairing your vehicle. I am sorry you have had these issues that you had. Unfortunately all of us in the industry suffer for service writers who do things like this. All of us professional techs are constantly accused of trying to screw people over just because they don't like the bill. In your case, you don't like the bill because you did your due diligence of research and had an active camera in the dash to give credence to your claims. Your accusation has merit and I wish you good luck in bringing this place to its knees. Just remember that a whole lot of people do this job to make an honest living. How it gets billed out is something we have no knowledge or control over.

Nick,
Sorry for the mis-categorizing the post.
Actually, the unconstitutional Temporary Restraining Order was dissolved, thanks to a great legal team.
I am free to post it again. Thanks for taking a look.
Is there a forum on CarJunky that would be appropriate to start some discussion about this?

No, there is not. Did you not read what Nick just advised you of? We answer technical repair questions, not legal questions.

Thanks for the reply "HammerTime".
My question wasn't a legal matter. What I asked was a simple question regarding a repair
