It came into my shop with no horn... Giá Máy fusheng Can activate with scan tool... Has only 4.4 Volts at the air bag connector and when I ground this wire, the horn will work... I replaced the clockspring and horn contacts, but still no horn operation... Any and all helps appreciated!!!
