I am working on a 2008 Jeep Wrangler X... It came into my shop with no horn... Giá Máy fusheng Can activate with scan tool... Has only 4.4 Volts at the air bag connector and when I ground this wire, the horn will work... I replaced the clockspring and horn contacts, but still no horn operation...
Any and all helps appreciated!!!

How did you ground that wire to make the horn work? Assuming you grounded the dark blue wire.
