Hi,
May car Details as follows
Year of vehicle : 2007
Make of vehicle : Honda
Model of vehicle : Civic
Engine size : 1.6 L(2.0/ 5.7)
Mileage/Kilometers : more than 60000
I Had a problem with car not starting. I have submitted a post earlier. After going through a long diagnosys. I found that The ECM is faulty. It is not supplying the Ground to the Relay.
After your suggession i have called Honda service personnel and they advised to replace the ECM. If i want to do that by honda they will take a lot of money.
i have searched a lot for the ECM, could not manage, what i got is 1.8 engine's ECM.
Can anyone suggest me if i replace with 1.8 ECM, and then if i try to reprogram as 1.6, is it possible ?
Your valuable suggesion will help me.
