I have a 97 Ford Ranger 2.3L 2WD and i think something is wrong in the front end. when i hit bumps and pot holes if feels like something is loose and shaking around on the right front side. also when i turn i can kind of hear it making a short of poping clicking noise. I just put new ball joints, tie rod ends and shocks on it. I check them and they looked fine. What else could it be?

Check stabilizer pins. They can break without notice and create quite a racket!

Thanks! I did find a broken stabalizer link on the passenger side. Also in the back there is some kind of rattle, i checked the exaust and the leaf springs and the shocks and spare tire, there fine. anything else it could be?

Cool! You found the pin broken - do both sides. You may have a stabilizer bar in rear too - look. Also, rubber shock bushings can wear out. Other common noises include exhause heat shields, hangers and sometimes the inside of a muffer can rust unseen. Try tapping exhaust with a rubber hammer when even cold to locate rattles associated with exhaust parts.
Leaf springs can lose retianers, wear out plastic rubbing discs in some and oiling leaf springs used to be a routine since the beginning of time and I still do it to vehicles with them, trailers etc. and it helps.
Anything that's rubber bushinged could be at fault and checked as well,

i replaced it. still makes noises, like when push the brake it makes like a poping clunking noise but just when the pedal is first pushed. Brakes work fine though and are pretty new. his truck has the Twin I-beam front suspension i think you call it. I figure its just all the rubber bushings going bad since the truck has 210,000 miles on it. Nothing major looks broken.

There's certainly plenty of things to make noise. If hitting brakes can initiate it try taking wheel off and checking up close - is caliper fairy tight in its location. Not sure of the style used for this one but there are bushings, even pads can need to be relubed and some use rubber bushings with pins that get tired. Any other rubber parts/bushings that control the fore and aft motion of the wheel that look suspect? Might need some prybar testing to see.
Twin "I" beam on a Ranger? Didn't think they did that on those. Twin "I" beam type does use a strut with a bushing going toward rear if so.
If not aligned with the first work an good alignment should be checking all FE parts - was that done?
