I would start with the basics. You've already checked the coolant level. Next you would want to make sure the T stat it working properly. Pull codes & see if there is a P0128, that would be a indication of a bad stat. If you don't have a code puller just cycle the key from off to the run position (without starting) 3 times and the codes should be displayed in the odometer. If all that checks out the next step would be to make sure no exhaust gases are getting into the cooling system. The system would need to be block checked for this.....

We have discovered since placing this post that heat does emit from the passenger side, but not the drivers side. I am speculating there may be a door somewhere not opening properly.Next I guess would be to gain some knowledge as to how to reach the bad door or door control. Any ideas?

Does it have separate left and right temp controls? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
