Headlights and Wipers Not working Sign In

wipers and headlights not working, but the rest of the lights work, park light, tail lights, turn signals, 4ways and fog lights all work.
When i try to turn on wipers the door locks actuate like they want to lock or unlock. and i hear a funny noise coming from dash.
when i turn on the headlights, all the lights come on except HI/LOW beams and they dont even flash when u pull on the hi beam switch. But the door locks do the same thing they do when i turn on my wipers.
I have already pulled the steering wheel and changed out the headlight/turn signal switch, and the wiper switch.checked all my connection but i still get the same thing, what am i missing, what else can i check or replace?
Somebody please help

Most all of those things are controlled by the Body Control Module and they have a lot of problems with them. You aren't equipped to diagnose it properly though. It will require a factory scan tool and if a new module is needs, it would have to be programmed.
