It really needs to be looked at in person and the repair of just one lug or the whole hub decided. If one broke, I'm nervous about the stress on the remaining three! Tow it is the suggestion from me to a shop of you choice to at least make it safe. Insurance may cover this and or alternate transportation so do ask about that.
