I have a ford fiesta 1.25 09 plate petrol, its starting to hesitate when driving and when waiting at the lights I feel a lull under my seat - the revs do not move and been told it may be the plugs - it only starts when I have been driving for 10mins and more - does anyone know what this may be

Have you have the ECM scanned for trouble codes? If you haven't given it a tuneup since new it would be routine maintenance to do so now. This site is US based so we may not have tech info for this as the Euro version of this differs from the American quite a bit.
