Ford Ranger door problem

Hi, I have a 88 ford ranger and the driver's side door wont open. The whole door is pushed forward so when you try to open it, the front of the door catches on the fender and won't open. How would i go about fixing this? do i have to take it in and get the hinges bent back, or is there a way to fix it myself. Im guessing its the hinges but im not entirely sure, is there an easy way to remove the door or does the whole front fender have to be removed to access them? any help would be greatly appreciated.
