Ford Focus Fan Switch

The fan switch on my 2000 Ford Focus quit working. If I push in on it really hard air will blow so I know the fan it self is working. I need to know how to replace the switch so that I can get air all of the time.

See if you can reach behind it and make sure it's plugged in tightly. Dash board stuff can be a real pest, good luck, T
