Exhaust manifold repair on '94 Ford F-250

Hi all- My '94 F-250 started ticking a while back and I was told it was the donut gasket in the manifold that had shattered and now is floating around making the noise. Now the truck is pretty loud and I know I need to replace the exhaust manifold gasket for sure. Does this sound about right and how difficult of a job is it to do this job? Thanks for the feedback! 1994 Ford F-250 351 Windsor automatic 2 wheel drive
